  • Usage Data: We may collect basic, anonymous usage data such as page visits and request counts for service reliability purposes. No personal identifiers are collected.

3. How We Use Your Information

Uploaded files are used solely to:

  • Convert non-PDF documents to PDF format
  • Merge your documents into a single PDF
  • Deliver the merged file back to you for download

We do not read, analyze, index, or share the content of your documents for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention

PDF Merge requires no login or account. Uploaded and processed files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted within 10 minutes. We do not maintain long-term copies of your documents. No user accounts, personal data, or file history are collected or saved by this Service.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your files during processing, including secure server infrastructure and automatic cleanup of temporary data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your uploaded files or any derived data with third parties. Files are processed entirely within our infrastructure.
