1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PDF Merge ("the Service"), a product of BizDevTools operated by Thom Van Dycke, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PDF Merge is a web-based tool that allows users to upload, convert, and merge documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, JPG, PNG) into a single PDF file. The Service processes files in real time and does not store your documents beyond the duration needed to complete the merge.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious content
  • Upload files that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. File Handling

PDF Merge requires no login or account. Uploaded files are temporarily stored on our servers solely for the purpose of processing your merge request. Temporary files are automatically deleted within 10 minutes. We do not retain, analyze, or share your uploaded documents. Nothing is saved beyond the processing window.

5. File Size Limits

Individual files are limited to 50MB each. The Service may reject files that exceed this limit or that are in unsupported formats.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BizDevTools does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that converted documents will perfectly preserve original formatting.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizDevTools and Thom Van Dycke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or corruption during the merge process.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
